The Wabash Carnegie Library At Blue Hour

This is one of the more ornate Carnegie Libraries that I have seen. While I was in Wabash for a softball tournament I made a point to make many photos of it. I photographed in from many angles in a few different kinds of light. This photo at blue hour might be one of my favorites. There is enough light to still make out the features of the building, but also lets the lights show up a little. I kept coming back to this spot while walking around town trying to find the perfect light. I found it here.

Chasing Carnegie Libraries

I made these photos on this night knowing that I had already been to to this location and crossed it off my list. I have a ton of libraries to go to see all of them in Indiana. Of course once that goal is complete I will probably have already branched out of state looking for these gems. They are beautiful buildings though, and they deserve a little chase.
