The Laporte Theater

This is one of the theaters where I grew up watching movies. If I think real hard I can still feel my feet stuck to the floor from years of drinks and buttery popcorn being spilled. It was not the cleanest place in the world, but I saw a ton of movies there. When I made this photo way back it was called the LaPorte Lion Cinemas. For most of its run though I knew it as the LaPorte Theater.

Theater Week

This week is all about looking that the different kinds of theaters around. You have the classic theater like the one above that held live music in it as well as movies. You have straight up movie theaters as well. The theater can mean many things and this week we will see a little of all of those things.
