A Former Carnegie Library Turned Restaurant In Carmel

This was a fun find in my search for Carnegie Libraries around the state. This old library in Carmel is now a restaurant with some cool art in front of it. I didn’t know that I was going to find a restaurant here and we had just had breakfast otherwise eating in a Carnegie library was probably going to happen. At some point I want to get back down here to try this place out.

Chasing Carnegie Libraries

It will be a while before I see all of the Carnegie Libraries in Indiana. So far I have just chased the libraries that were on the way to events that I was covering. I haven’t made any trips just to see libraries yet. Of course at some point if I want to see them all I am going to have to go out of my way to do that.
