The Wells Library

When I started thinking about this project this library was a major reason I wanted to do it. It took me far too long to find this gem in Lafayette. It is a beautiful place that now houses the Tippecanoe Arts Federation. It is an example of how things used to be. Attention to every detail of the building. I love this place, and one of these days I want to do a look at it inside and out.

This week the theme will be buildings that were designed by Walter Scholer. The look of the campus of Purdue is directly related to Walter Scholer planning how campus should be laid out. His designs have become iconic in both West Lafayette and Lafayette. This week I am going to look at a few of the buildings that he designed.
