Ernie’s Truck

A Cool Find In A Small Town

Earlier this year I was in Earl Park, Indiana looking for some cool buildings. I stumbled upon this old truck and a bunch of old service station equipment around it. The building said Oscar Anderson Service on it, but I liked this old truck that said that it was Ernie’s. This is a spot that I think I could spend a couple of hours at if I could. I assume that if you decorate something this nice you want it to draw some attention. Without knowing for sure though I kept going on my trip. I would like to come back here again sometime.

More From This Station

You can see my previous post on this station here. Like I said above I could spend a while here. There is so much for your eyes to see when you pull up that you don’t know where to look. There are so many signs and other trinkets hung up that you want to include them all in every photo. Here I think that with the right angle I could have made a pretty cool photo of the front of this old truck with the old flag in the background. That might be another photo for another day though.
