A Painted Sky Over Purdue

When the rain clears it can be a great thing. That was the case yesterday. It was a crummy day all day until just before sunset. Then the clouds broke and I knew that I would head to campus. Those can be some of the best sunsets that you will see. I had a plan to take my drone up right when I got to campus, and then head down the road for a photo from the ground. I started that plan, but the sky started to get so good that I decided to take the drone back up. I am glad that I did. This might be the best sky that I have seen on campus from the air yet.

Using Aurora HDR

I rarely use this program that I should be using much more. This photo I edited my normal way which is a little moody. I wanted to see what I could do in Aurora so I decided to give it a try. I love the way that it turned out. I need to take more of my sunset photos into Aurora.
