The Door to the City

Just outside of LaPorte, Indiana is this round barn. It has become famous because there are not many like it, but it also is a landmark of our town. It stands guard just outside of the town limits. I love this barn, and I always like to make a photo or two of it whenever I get back. Something about the snow makes me enjoy making photos of it even more.

Technical Data

For this photo I used a tonal contrast preset by Matt Kloskowski. It gave me a little different look than I usually get from his presets. It still has some punch to it which I liked. After applying the preset I adjusted the vibrance a bit to add some color to the photo. I also tweaked a few sliders to get the photo just right.
