A Cool Water Tower In Chalmers, Indiana

I made this photo while leaving the softball game at Frontier this past week. The entire game I wanted to make a photo of the water tower but for some reason I kept making photos of the game. The weather was changing pretty fast as we left the stadium, but one photo of the water tower wouldn’t hurt. I love making photos of small town water towers, and if they have some aspect of the town on it that is even better. This one fits that bill pretty well. I had my drone with me to make a photo from the air, but the wind was too much to try it. There will be another day for that photo.

A Special Field

Two years ago we were at this same field for another softball game. As we walked up to the field we found out that my oldest was starting her first game as a freshman. I will never forget how excited I was when I heard that she was starting. I love what I do for a living. When I can use that to make photos of my kids doing what they love that is even better. When I left this field two years ago I was making photos leaving town to remember the day. This kind of reminded me of that.
