Photo of the Day

Lately I have been going farther and farther away from home to make images. Sometimes though the image can literally be right outside your front door. The image above is an example of that. Right outside our front door is a large gathering of flowers that the bees have been all over for the last few days. I finally made it out there to photograph them after saying I would do it later for many days. Sometimes the things closest to you are hardest to photograph because they seem to always be there. They can be the most important though.

Technical Data

I really didn’t want to do much to this image. I used the light sports preset in Lightroom, and then I just did a couple of tweaks to it. With a shot like this you really shouldn’t have to do much to it.
