A Quick Stop For A Barn Photo

A couple of weeks ago while leaving Rensselaer I saw this barn on the side of the road. My little one knew that we would be making a quick stop for a photo. I love the blue doors up against the white barn. The quilt like roof really adds to the photo as well. I don’t know why I love making barn photos so much, but I do.

Barn Week

A couple of weeks ago we drove by an empty lot where a very cool barn once stood. Early on in the life of this blog I made a photo of that barn. When I pulled up to it I had the thought that I would wait for a better day. I made the photo anyway as a reminder to come back. I came back the next week at sunset and the barn had been torn down. From that day on I have made the photo of a barn that I think is interesting. This week is all about those barns for my theme.
