Growing up everything seems bigger than maybe it is. The paper seemed like a great place to work as a kid. I of course always wanted to be a writer. It makes sense that I am a photographer now. Growing up all of my memories of the paper had photos by Bob Wellinski. It has been an amazing experience to photograph alongside of him over the years. The paper is gone so I made this photo to show the building that used to house it.

50 For 50

This is going to be a crazy theme. For the next fifty days I plan on posting a photo of a place that has some meaning to me. Last August I came up with a theme for a week showing some Purdue memories. At the end of this fifty days I will turn fifty. I thought that it would be fun to take a look back at some places that bring back memories for me. This can’t be an all inclusive list, but one that I hope will be fun for you as well as me.
