The Old Card Shop

This used to be a jewelry store. At the back of that store was a little card shop. In that little room were treasures. The 1984 Donruss Don Mattingly was obtained by me in that back room. The cards were displayed in jewelry cases making them seem even more valuable. The funny thing is that I can’t remember a thing about the rest of the shop. I never really looked at it. The real treasure was in the back.

50 For 50

This is going to be a crazy theme. For the next fifty days I plan on posting a photo of a place that has some meaning to me. Last August I came up with a theme for a week showing some Purdue memories. At the end of this fifty days I will turn fifty. I thought that it would be fun to take a look back at some places that bring back memories for me. This can’t be an all inclusive list, but one that I hope will be fun for you as well as me.
