The West Lafayette American Legion

I have seen the sign for this legion on my way into West Lafayette for years. Last year I finally made my way down the path to see the building. I was out and about looking for photos and made this with the idea of posting it during the 4th week. Last year I had too many photos for that to happen, but that means that I get to do it this year. I really need to make a photo of the post on the Lafayette side one of these days.

American Legion Week(s)

For the last few years I have used the fourth of July week to post some American Legion buildings. This year we celebrate then 250th anniversary of America so I figured that we would extend this theme for a couple of weeks. Whenever I visit a new town I make sure to find the legion. That means that I have a few in the bank so this is also a good way to show off a few more American Legions in the towns that I have visited.
