Is It Time For Snow Yet?

This summer did not feel like it was super hot, yet I am ready for winter and some snow. Seeing this snowy egret had me thinking that I am ready for all things snow. Bring it on. Hopefully it will not be long until the snokeh photos start to show up on the blog again.

A Rare Snowy Egret Appearance

This was a treat when I showed up to the Celery Bog. I saw an egret across the water acting much differently than the rest of them. At one point the great egrets starting flying to the other side of the pond. As I was following one I saw that the snowy had taken flight as well. I really lucked out and made one photo of it flying by with a decent background.
