More With The Prothonotary Warbler

This year I think that I had more encounters with this bird than I have in a long time. On the day above I walked down to the water at the Celery Bog to see if anything interesting was happening. This bird flew up and sang for a couple of minutes before moving to another perch. It was enough to make an interesting photo though.

A Weird Warbler Season

This year I feel that I have made better photos of warblers than in years past, but not the quantity of warbler photos. It is always a fun season though as the birds and the forest come alive with color after a long winter.
