Walking Purdue At Blue Hour

Purdue always looks better during blue hour. A campus with gold as a major color would look better with blue light around it. On this night the lights inside of the Wilmeth Active Learning Center looking really good against that blue sky. It doesn’t seem like that long ago that I was inside the old power plant making some photos before it was torn down. Of course this building has been here for a while now. Time really does fly. Campus is changing so quickly that it is hard to give the new buildings the attention that they deserve.

Changing Course

When I went out on this night it looked like the sun could pop out at the last second giving the clouds some amazing light. That did not happen of course. When the clouds look this good though you know that you will still get an awesome blue hour so it is worth the trip. On nights like this it is good to have a backup plan, and here that worked out for me.
