Folk Field Sunsets

Watching The Sun Set At Folk Field

Most of the Purdue stadiums have an angle that I can make photos of during the off season. There is always a feature or even the whole stadium that looks good at sunset. Folk Field with the big fence all around it just doesn’t work in the off season. I only have a handful of night games to make my sunset photos for the year. Last night there was even a little crescent moon setting to add to the scene.

The Best Available Photo

Last night I was making photos for Kansas State. My job was not to make a sunset photo. At this time though there was no photo to be made for my team. The ball was not near a Kansas State player so I could swing up my wide angle and make the photo. Last night I knew that I wanted to make a sunset photo, and I just needed the right situation to present itself. Here things worked out pretty good for me.
