Feeling The Warm Sun On Your Face

Sunday night we were eating dinner at the horticulture park just down the road from these talking heads. As we were walking back to our car I started having some fun making photos of these huge heads. I was concentrating on the other head and the way the golden light was hitting it. I quickly realized that the photo was with this one and the sun setting behind it. The way that the sunlight was coming through the tall grass I think really makes this a photo worth posting on here.

Playing Around With The Tilt Shift Lens

Part of this walk was playing around with a tilt shift lens. I picked it up on Saturday and fumbled around with it during the baseball game that night. I found out a couple of things that made things a little easier on me during the day Sunday, and I was excited to try it out. As with any new lens I am sure that you will see more from it over the course of the next couple of weeks. I like how it gives me a reason to head up to campus and try some things out.
