The Wind Is Blowing Out

A Windy Day At Alexander Field

Tuesday night I was heading home when a quick snow squall hit. I was near the Purdue baseball field so I pulled into the parking lot. Of course by the time my car came to a stop the snow did as well. The wind was howling though and I couldn’t help but think that it would be a high scoring game if it was a game day. Heck I might have even been able to hit one out as hard as it was blowing.

Been A While

The last time I was out at Alexander was during the summer with the comet in the sky. I made some photos of Neowise with the different stadiums. Over the years I may have photographed more games inside of Alexander Field than anyone else. I was there for the first game and many after that. 2020 was supposed to be a year when I photographed more games than any other year as the stadium would also host summer baseball. Of course none of that happened and I never set foot inside of the stadium last year. Hopefully this year brings some baseball. I am ready for it.
