A Snowy Walk Outside Of Harry’s
Saturday when the snow started I decided to head up to campus again. You don’t get that many chances with big flakes, and you get even fewer in March. Historically when I lived in Northwest Indiana though the Purdue spring break always meant a big snow. This snow wasn’t huge, but it was pretty impressive. The big flakes just kept coming down.
Empty Streets
This is a situation where I sit and wait for someone interesting to walk through the scene. On this day not only did I not see someone interesting walk by. I saw nobody. There are probably a couple of reasons for that. One is that it was Saturday morning during spring break. Probably not too many folks out walking campus during those hours on a snowy day. The second is the virus that is going around. It has shut down quite a bit, and maybe public places like Harry’s is one of those things.
