Another Look at Some of the Lafayette Brawlin’ Dolls
One of my favorite jobs of the year is the portrait session with the Lafayette Brawlin’ Dolls. A while back I posted a few of my early favorite shots from the shoot. You can find that post here. As the season gets closer and closer I thought that I would post a few more of the shots from that day. This weekend the team has a closed scrimmage, but on April 9th it is on. The doors at the Tippecanoe County Fairgrounds open at six with the bout starting at seven. If you have not caught a roller derby bout yet then you need to come out. You can get more info on the bout here on their Facebook event page. It is a fun time for all. As the bout gets even closer I will have at least one more post featuring the Brawlin’ Dolls. They have bee really good to me over the last four years as I have started this crazy notion of being a photographer. One of my joys is getting to repay them with photos.
A Few Bonus Photos
Below are a few bonus photos from the shoot. This is a fun time for me, and I hope that they feel the same. I try and make the shoots as much fun as I possibly can.
