Win and Advance

Photo of the Day

Yesterday I photographed the first round of the Women’s NCAA Tournament here in West Lafayette. I photographed both games for two teams. I will have more on my experience with Oklahoma State tomorrow.  Purdue played the second game of the day and took control early and never looked back. The real story of the game though was the 100mm Macro that I was shooting. A fellow photographer gave it to me to just try out for a while just before the start of game 1. Most of my pictures from the day were made with it including the one at the bottom of this post. It was fun testing out new equipment, and I found a new lens to put on the wish list. Why didn’t I have a perfect bracket?

Bonus Photos

Today will be a little different. My photo gallery is up at Purduesports.com. You can view it by clicking here. In the meantime here is one other photo from the day that I liked.
