Revisiting The Canon 60D: The Lafayette Theater

The Canon 60D At The Lafayette Theater

If I am revisiting old sites with my Canon 6oD the Lafayette Theater has to be on that list. In the fifteen years of this blog I may have photographed this building more than any other. Like the blog the theater is undergoing changes. It is kind of fitting that my photo with the 60D comes during that time of change for the theater. No matter how many photos I take of this theater it never gets old. I really look forward to this construction finishing and seeing the inside of the theater when it is done.

15 years Of This Blog

This week this blog turns 15. It is hard to believe that fifteen years has gone by so quickly. In 2011 I had gone to conference to learn more about my camera and photography. I spent a couple of months just wandering around with no purpose to my photography. A Google+ group gave me the idea to start a photo a day blog. It would force me to go out and make a photo every day. That is what this started off as. It is crazy to think about what photography has allowed me to do over the years. This week the theme is all about celebrating some of my favorite things to photograph with the camera that started this blog off.
