Revisiting The Canon 60D: A Barn On A Country Road

Finding A Barn On A Country Road

Early on in this blog I would just drive with no real plan of where I was going. I was not from here so I wanted to explore. I don’t do that as much as I used to anymore. I kind of know where things are. For this week though I decided to give it a shot again. As luck would have it I found this old barn that I don’t think I have photographed before. It was the perfect day to find a red barn in the country to make a photo of.  Being out on the road with my Canon 60D again had a very familiar feeling to it.

15 years Of This Blog

This week this blog turns 15. It is hard to believe that fifteen years has gone by so quickly. In 2011 I had gone to conference to learn more about my camera and photography. I spent a couple of months just wandering around with no purpose to my photography. A Google+ group gave me the idea to start a photo a day blog. It would force me to go out and make a photo every day. That is what this started off as. It is crazy to think about what photography has allowed me to do over the years. This week the theme is all about celebrating some of my favorite things to photograph with the camera that started this blog off.
