Headed To The Blackhawk

Today we look at something a little different. This little bar in Westville, Indiana was a meeting place for a few years. I worked at UPS down the road, and after work we would sometimes congregate down here. We had a lot of great memories here. On my 21st birthday after work we all met here and I had my first (legal) drink in here. This list is kind of all over the place. That is kind of the point. These are little things and stories that I have thought about over the last couple of years.

50 For 50

This is going to be a crazy theme. For the next fifty days I plan on posting a photo of a place that has some meaning to me. Last August I came up with a theme for a week showing some Purdue memories. At the end of this fifty days I will turn fifty. I thought that it would be fun to take a look back at some places that bring back memories for me. This can’t be an all inclusive list, but one that I hope will be fun for you as well as me.
