The Path To The Barn

I love these little paths to an old barn. There is the photography idea that the path takes you into the photo. It leads you right to the barn which is always a good thing. It also helps create a simple photo that I really like. Here the light was muted just enough to help make something really cool. When you are on the road you don’t always get to choose your light. Here things worked out for a good photo.

Photograph Every Barn

I try and photograph as many barns as I can. The old barns are really aging and I don’t know how much longer we will see the older style barns. My goal is to photograph as many of them as I can. Last week we drove by one that had fallen. In my mind I thought that I didn’t get to it in time. That is a crazy thought. I can’t photography every barn. I can try and photograph every old barn that I see though.
