A Christmas Orchestra Concert

Last night we were at the orchestra concert for my youngest. The Christmas concert is always one of my favorites of the year. The songs can sometimes be things that I don’t know any other time of the year. For the Christmas show though they are playing songs that we all know very well. It is always a fun show that gets me even more into the Christmas spirit.

Bringing Out The Big Guns

For the grade in front of my daughter I just sat back and watched the concert. When it was her turn to play I pulled out my 50-150 on my Sony A1. It is not the biggest setup, but I guess it can be seen that way when everyone else is just using a phone. I like to have the best photo that I can get, and I brought my best grear in. I am glad that I did as it allowed me to make this photo of the music stand with the sheet music on it.
