Making Some Portraits At The Feast Of The Hunter’s Moon
Saturday was a packed, but fun day for me. By now you have seen galleries from the two soccer matches that I photographed in the afternoon and night. Before that though I was out at the Feast Of The Hunter’s Moon inhaling so much smoke. While gasping for air I made a few portraits of some of the participants in the event. They all look so cool in their outfits that it only makes sense to make portraits of them. Next year it would be cool to have a sort of photobooth out there to make more portraits.
Finding Moments
I made a few different kind of portraits out at the feast. For some of them I would ask permission first and make a portrait that way. For the most part that left me with a stiffer photo. I started just trying to find moments to document. Finding the people in their natural state led to far better results for me. Below are a few bonus photos from the day that I liked.
