Think Spring With The Yellow-rumped Warbler

A Yellow-rumped Warbler At The Celery Bog

One thing that I have found over the years is to not take anything for granted. Around here during migration we see a ton of yellow-rumped warblers. So many in fact that you can start to ignore them a little looking for something a little more exotic. Following other photographers has shown me that in some parts of the country these are the super rare birds.

A Hidden Gem

This is a photo that for some reason never made its way to the blog. Spring is a crazy time. I have spring sports starting along with the warblers coming through. Photos can fall through the cracks that way. Lucky for me this warbler can now grace the blog at a time when a little color doesn’t seem like a bad thing.
