Finding A Small Little Nook In The Union
Yesterday while walking around the Purdue Memorial Union we found this little nook that looked amazing. I had never seen it before, and I knew that it would make for an amazing photo. I made a set of images quickly so we could continue with our tour of the new and improved Union, but this was a great way to start it off. What sells seems to be the big images of the landmarks of campus. Sometimes these little looks at the details of campus make me happy as a photographer. This year I have decided to try and make more images like this one. I need to keep following through on that promise.
The Boring Technical Stuff
This photo is a 26 image panorama that I made handheld. I really would have liked to have been locked down on a tripod to make this, but this is what I had with me at the time. In the future I think that I would like to try this again with a tripod and a greater depth of field. The fun part of photography is that you can always go back and make the photo a little better. This is one of those that I would love to give another try with some of the things that I learned from this one.
