The Show Before The Show

Watching The Local Fireworks

Last night my daughter and I went to the top of a parking garage for a little 4th of July preview. It is always fun to watch the local neighborhood fireworks that go off around the 4th. Here in one 20 second exposure you can see a little preview of what we had our eyes in as the skies started to darken. We could hear the symphony practicing for today so we basically had a smaller version of the big 4th of July fireworks show.

Here I knew that a longer exposure would allow for more fun in the sky, and it would help expose the church in the foreground. Tonight I will probably have completely different settings, but the same amount of fun.
