Today We Celebrate The Bald Eagle

One of my favorite birds to photograph is the bald eagle. It is the bird that got me hooked on the whole bird photography thing. They are amazing to watch when they are in action. In the 10+ years that I have been photographing the eagles on the Wabash they have really increased their numbers. It is amazing to see them thriving and doing their thing in my hometown.

Do I Have The Right American Eagle?

I really hope that today really is about the bald eagle and not the chain store. It would be really crazy to try and conserve the American Eagle wearing people of our country. They are starting to become extinct though so maybe I have guessed wrong on what today is really all about.
