Harrison Baseball vs. Benton Central

Finally Getting The Game Post In

I have really been debating these game posts for a while now. I really like the idea of just having the photo gallery and moving on. This was a fun game to photograph though so I thought that it really deserved a post. This weekend there is a possibility of many games so every one may not get its own post. We will have to see how that plays out.

Back At Harrison

I have not watched a baseball game at Harrison since 2012 or 2013 watching my nephew pitch for West Side there. Part of the fun of this season was going to be visiting all of the local high school stadiums. Weather decided to be a huge factor there and I may end up one short in my quest to visit them all. It was cool to be back at Harrison, and they have some cool angles that in a non Covid year with a little permission could make for some good images.

Lots Of Close Plays

The story of this game seemed to be all of the plays at bases that I was able to see and photograph. It just seemed like the teams were testing each other so there were many chances for plays at second and the plate. Those make for good photos so of course I was all for it.

Finally A Pop Up With The Catcher

This season it seems as if every pop up to the catcher has been going away from me. Here earlier in the game I was able to finally make the photo. If you know me then you know that the catcher is my favorite position and I have been trying to make a photo like this. I am glad that it worked out.

Photo Gallery

Here is a link to my gallery from the game on Monday night.
