Learning A Bit About Seurat

A few weeks ago my daughter was studying Georges Seurat for art class. I explained who he was and that she knew a painting of his in a way. We looked up his Sunday afternoon painting and I explained that there is a derivation downtown. We went down to have a look because you can truly appreciate art when you see it up close. We masked up and got up close to see the points and then backed up to see how they came together to form the whole. It was a cool experience.

Learning With Lanie
