Preparing The Pumpkin

Carving Up The Pumpkins

Last weekend we did our yearly pumpkin carving. I end up making so many photos that I didn’t even get a pumpkin this year. My job was to make the photos of the carving. It is fun watching the idea pop into the kids head, and then see them realize it. Tomorrow we will see how they look on porch after dark.

It Takes A Lot Of Guts

This is a messy endeavor. Probably the hardest part for me is making sure that I get the least amount of pumpkin guts on my gear. It is next to impossible to get nothing on the camera, but you have to try and limit the amount. I probably should use the same gear I use for rain games when the pumpkins come out.
