The Boilermaker Statue At Sunset

I love this statue. It photographs well from a couple of angles, and has been a good source of images during this pandemic. I was up in the north lot when the sky really started to light up so I ran down to this statue to make this photo. I didn’t know what part of the clouds exactly would line up with the statue, but I hoped it would work. I am glad that it did.

A Familiar Feeling

In March when everything went south I made a photo of this statue. At that point I foolishly thought that I just had to get through the spring and things would be back to normal. Of course now we know that isn’t the case. With a familiar feeling the day that I made this photo I thought that this statue would make sense to photograph again.
