The Annual Pink Game
This is the game that always looks the best on camera to me. The pink really seems to pop. Last year I was photographing for the opposing team when Purdue hit the game winner. This year I was on the Purdue side making photos. It always feels better on that side.
Teamwork Makes The Dream Work
Friday at wrestling the Purdue director of photography (Charles Jischke) pointed out a great feature of his Nikon. It was the ability to use one button on the camera to immediately pull a group of exposure settings together. He uses his for panning. I never knew such a thing was possible with Canon so why would I look it up on Sony? Once I found out I made sure that my panning settings for Mackey were put into the C2 button on top of my camera. To make it work I have to have three fingers working the camera, but it is a great way to pan without worrying about missing the big play. You can just release the button to go back to your game settings.

The Week In Photos
This past week started and ended with the Purdue women’s team. Next week is a little lighter in photos that I will post, but it will still be a fun week. You can see my favorite photos from last week here.
