Purdue Takes On Minnesota In The Hammer Down Cancer Match
I love sporting events with special jerseys. On Friday night I was able to photograph the Hammer Down Cancer match for Purdue. They auctioned off the special singlets with the proceeds going to the Purdue Cancer Center. These jerseys look great, but they are not the easiest to expose for.
More With Nikons
For this match I set up three remotes. I used one of my Sony A9’s with a 24-105mm lens on it. Because I was making photos for Purdue the other two remotes were Nikons. I was able to use the two new mirrorless cameras, the Z6 and Z7. These are great cameras, and it is very cool that I have access to them.
Setting The Scene
I don’t always get out of action mode to get up and make a scene setting photo. When the gym has a good crowd though it is always good to head up and show that off a little. A photo like this also helps break up the gallery and give a different look.

The Week In Photos
I really had a good time making photos last week. I felt like I was able to be really creative and make a lot of different photos than I have been making lately. You can see my favorite photos from last week here.
