Waiting For The Warblers At The Celery Bog
This should be the time of the year for the warblers at the Celery Bog. I don’t know exactly why, but they seem to be late. There are a few stragglers, but maybe these warm temps are throwing off the migration. We should be seeing a lot of color starting pretty quick. For now birds like this common yellowthroat will have to do.
Photographing What Is In Front Of Me
Sometimes on the slow days I end up with photos of things that I never would on a busy day. This frog covered in bits of the bog waiting for lunch was just asking for a photo.
Come Walk With Me
This year I am once again leading the Scott Kelby Worldwide Photowalk on the campus of Purdue University. This is a very relaxed walk that will be more about the fun of making photos rather than making the best photo. All skill levels and ages welcome. You can click here to go right to the page for the Purdue photowalk.
