Shooting Under the New Lights

This was my first basketball game shooting under the new lights in Mackey Arena. The lights are just a little different than I am used to, but the light is not too bad. I was not too sure that I was ready for basketball season yet, but when I woke up and saw the frost on the ground I knew that it was time. The Purdue women did what they were supposed to do today which was win, and play a lot of players. They did that, and now must prepare for the regular season. The last time I was shooting was for Hampton in the NCAA Tournament. The energy of the game was not quite what it was that night, but it was still great to get out and make some basketball photos again.

Bonus Photos

I have put together an Exposure page with some photos from the game. I spent most of the game trying out a couple of different lens and camera combinations to see what will work best. You can find that Exposure page here.
