Shooting Purdue Lacrosse Again

Last night I went back out to try another game of lacrosse. This is only the second time that I have photographed the sport, but I think that I am starting to get the hang of it. The first time out you are just looking for things that look athletic to photograph. The second time out you start to try to anticipate the action. This was a rough close game the entire way through. Illinois seemed to like the two goal lead as they kept it most of the time. Purdue came back though and scored with just over a minute left in the game to force overtime. In the extra frame they controlled the action, and scored to win and secure the second seed in their tournament. I had a great time shooting the sport, and I would like to shoot more lacrosse as time goes on.

Bonus Photos

Below are a few bonus photos that I liked from the game. I have a full gallery of nearly 200 photos up on my website here.
