Photo of the Day

Last night Santa came by our house to deliver his gifts. I saw them while it was still dark out, and I set up the tripod in a familiar location. I took a shot similar to this just after the tree was lit, but before it was decorated. I thought that I would post this picture today. While it is not the true meaning of the season. The gift of family during the season is a huge part of the day. This little glimpse into our home I thought was appropriate today.

Technical Data

This is a three shot HDR image that was shot from my tripod in the living room. I actually exported it from Lightroom a little different today. I fused the pictures together in Photomatix then sent them back to Lightroom to use those sliders. I actually used the light sports preset to get started, and then edited to taste.
