Photo of the Day
While Christmas shopping the other day I noticed that a very colorful building near the mall was being torn down. In a place where everything looks the same this very colorful spot to eat really stood out. I never ate at the Breakfast Nook, but I did respect the building because of that. Needless to say shopping was put aside so that I could get some shots of the building being torn down. I didn’t take many, but I felt that I had what I needed. On my way out of the shopping center I noticed that the guy had made it a bit farther into the building. I stopped again, took three shots, and the above is the result of that. I liked the fact that part of the sign was disappearing.

This shot was another easy edit. Matt Kloskowski’s gameday strong with a few minor touches to make it to my taste after.

THE WEGIEL – Now this shot would be great for the J & C. A follow-up to a story last week Re: the “demise” of the site and where the restaurant is moving to. Did you catch the local story? Re: who’s building on this site and that the breakfast nook is moving into the old Queso (Sp) spot across from the Mall? WALLY
OK, so I hit the like button but in truth i love this shot! The bright yellow sign, the gloomy sky combined with the backhoe pulling down the sign like Godzilla snacking on a billboard, I just love it! Should you ever decide to sell prints we’ll need to talk because I want one.
Or was it Breakfast Demolished, or A Demolished Breakfast.
