An Old Grocery Sign

While driving through Monticello a few years ago this old grocery sign caught my eye and made me stop. That is kind of the point of this weeks theme isn’t it? I am always on the lookout for signs that make you stop and take notice. This one looks to be from a different era, but that is why I like it so much.

Roadside Sign Week

One of my favorite things about traveling is seeing a sign on the road so cool that you stop to make a photo of it. Back in the day there were many more of these to grab your attention. Now they are a little plainer and they don’t look as great. This week I plan on looking at a few of the signs that I have stopped to make photos of over the last couple of years.
