Armstrong Hall
This week is about looking at places that I have loved to photograph or have meant something to my journey. The statue is one of them. I was here the day they held the memorial for Neil with my Canon 60D. I led two large photowalks that started at this statue. This is a place that I come to often. The background changes often meaning that I can make new photos of it. I made this photo while on a photowalk with my friend Quan. This is always a good starting off point.
15 years Of This Blog
This week this blog turns 15. It is hard to believe that fifteen years has gone by so quickly. In 2011 I had gone to conference to learn more about my camera and photography. I spent a couple of months just wandering around with no purpose to my photography. A Google+ group gave me the idea to start a photo a day blog. It would force me to go out and make a photo every day. That is what this started off as. It is crazy to think about what photography has allowed me to do over the years. This week the theme is all about celebrating some of my favorite things to photograph with the camera that started this blog off.
