Seeing Sheeza Again

Sheeza is a band that we have followed for a few years now. We first saw them at a funeral. I can’t say that about many bands, but this one I first saw at a funeral. It was one of the coolest funerals ever though and we found a new band at it. Now we try to go whenever we can to see them play their music. It is always cool to me to see a song being built and Claire does it effortlessly. We missed the Sheeza performance at the Mosey, but we were able to see a few songs at this block party.

Doing It All

It is really cool to see a song being built on the guitar and then the sax played over that loop. I made the photo above during ‘Low Rider’. Years ago when my little one was learning the recorder this song covered by Sheeza inspired my little one to learn it on the recorder. You always have someone out there watching what you are going and getting inspired.
