A Very Cool Wedding Venue
If you have been following along on the blog for the next couple of weeks then you know that I just travelled to Milwaukee for a wedding. The venue was pretty cool looking and even though it was raining when we arrived off of the shuttle I stopped to make a couple of photos with my digital camera. When the groom made a speech to start the reception he mentioned that this place was where the cheeseheads used to be made for Packer fans. If you know me then you know that I am a Packer fan, and in the 90’s things were great for us. It was very cool to spend a great family moment in the factory where the cheeseheads were made.
Multiple Themes
While we were waiting to get off the shuttle I saw this door and thought that it would make a perfect random door. I then made the photo above because I liked the old look of the sign. It was obviously painted somewhat recently, but done so in a way that makes it look old and classic. When I found out what the venue used to be I realized that I would include both of them in my post. I really wish that I had a better camera and spent more time documenting this building. I was there for a family wedding though so I think that I had my priorities right.
