A Skyway Sunset

On the way to Milwaukee this past week we were driving through Chicago near sunset. It was a beautiful sunset and of course I had a camera. I put the camera up through the moonroof to make this photo as we were approaching the pay station. I used to drive this road all of the time so it was nice to finally make a photo of the entryway to Chicago.

Random Photos

Part of the fun of driving is making random photos along the way. I used to be the guy who wanted to make good time and speed to where I was going. Lately though I have been enjoying slowing things down a little and enjoying the little things along the way. This photo is a good example of that. I think I tried something similar years ago with an early cell phone. I like the way that this turned out much better.
