This is a simple photo that I saw while walking through the town of Wabash, but there is something about it that makes it one of my favorite photographs from the trip as well. I saw it as we walked by the building, and I made sure to cross the street to make this head on version of the photo. A little telephoto helps straighten the lines a little. Years ago I would not have thought to make this photo, but now it is on my list of favorites from the trip.

Where Are The Sports Photos?

Every Saturday on this blog, and for the last couple of months at least once a day on my Instagram there have been some sort of sports photos. The school year is usually filled with sports. Besides the end of my daughter’s rec league and travel ball season I have kind of taken some time off of sports photos for a while. The grind of making the photos and quickly editing them can start to burn you out at some point. My goal is to enter next sports season hungry to make photos. The photo above might be the closest that I get to a sports photo for a while now. Of course now that I say that I will find some cool event to cover.
