The Attica American Legion

The Attica American Legion looks pretty good here at blue hour. The best thing about the American Legion project is that most of the buildings don’t look alike. You have a little variety when out and about. This one is one of the plainer buildings that I have photographed, but it looks great here at blue hour. The best part about the legion though is not how the buildings look. It is what they do for the community and their members.

For the last few years I have used the fourth of July week to post some American Legion buildings. This year we celebrate then 250th anniversary of America so I figured that we would extend this theme for a couple of weeks. Whenever I visit a new town I make sure to find the legion. That means that I have a few in the bank so this is also a good way to show off a few more American Legions in the towns that I have visited.
